The Ecclesia in Exile

The purpose of the book is to consider some of the many characters used by Yahweh to preserve His ecclesia during the challenging period of their captivity in Babylon and subsequent return to Jerusalem. Men and women of all ages and places, from all walks of life, shared a determination to remain faithful to God no matter what. Jeremiah called them “good figs” and their combined service to God helped save a people who should have been doomed to the dusty scrolls of ancient history.

It truly was a miracle, God’s miracle for the people He loved.
